Carrie is a the Director of Communications + Partnerships for Circles International. She is also currently completing her Master's in Social Work at UCLA. Carrie's passion for exploring humanity, in all its messiness and wonder, has driven her career. During her undergraduate degree at Connecticut College, she focused on Human Rights, which included an honors thesis on refugees and a stint working in Colombia. Upon graduating, she followed her love of food and worked as publicist for restaurants and chefs, where she spent a few years eating her way through the twists and turns of media and storytelling.

For nearly 5 years, Carrie had the privilege of working at Global Health Corps with its incredible community of 1,000+ rising global health leaders. During her tenure, she worked as the right-hand woman to the former CEO/founder as the small but mighty start-up quadrupled in size. She eventually managed and designed the leadership development program for a deeply diverse, global community of leaders. Carrie spent the last year and a half working at SYPartners, a design and leadership consultancy that helps leaders navigate the unknown and design human and value centered organizations.
