Coach and Facilitator


Mónica is a bi-lingual (Spanish and English) coach and facilitator passionate about inner knowledge, purpose, connection, and liberation. Currently located in Mexico, Mónica has had the opportunity to live and work in the USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Egypt, Nigeria, and Australia, leading self-discovery and leadership processes through storytelling and has worked with youth, students, leaders, and vulnerable communities as well as organizations such as Santander Bank, CFE, Kellogg Foundation, UNICEF, Panamericana University, UMA, Chicoloapan Gov, Creative Mornings, and more. She is also the co-founder of Ximhai, a movement focused on integrating breathing, art, and body movement as languages and doors to access the essence, wisdom, and inner compass within each person. 

Mónica has studied international relations, logotherapy, restorative yoga, and Narrative Therapy. She likes to use authentic movement and tools to work with a group’s collective intelligence, using tools such as the Theory U, Appreciative Inquiry, Chaordic Spaces, and more. She’s most passionate about working with people on a self-discovery journey towards a more fulfilling life with purpose and intention. She is also a facilitator and organizer for YES!, facilitating Jams in North America and Mexico, in addition to supporting On the Stingray Artist Collective and the Art of Hosting practices in Mexico.
