Team Retreats & Events

We will start by conducting a thorough needs assessment to determine goals and desired outcomes. You will then be matched with a facilitator that best suits your event. Our facilitators are trained in trauma-informed facilitation practices and focus on holding safe spaces for team events and retreats.


Change Management

Our Change Management methodology follows a people, process, results structure. After an in-depth needs assessment with your team, Circles will then develop a customized plan designed to facilitate a smooth change process. We utilize a wide array of activities to facilitate your organizational change plan, as we recognize each organization functions differently thus requiring different approaches. Some examples of activities include project timelines, communication plans, focus groups, surveys, town halls, executive and management coaching, wellbeing and resilience support, facilitated trainings, and workshops.


DEI Assessments & Strategic Recommendations

Our team will conduct an assessment that looks at both quantitative and qualitative data, resulting in a comprehensive DEI report and recommendations. Circle International will work alongside your team to determine goals, identify key stakeholders, uncover areas of concern and discuss research methods to ensure your assessment is tailored to the unique needs of your organization.
