Caroline Numuhire has been Segal Family Foundation's Programs Associate for Francophone Africa for the last three years. She holds a degree in Agricultural Science with a major in Rural Development and Agribusiness from the University of Rwanda, as well as a Master’s degree in Global Health Delivery from the University of Global Health Equity.

Prior to joining SFF, she worked for three years as the Rwanda Programs Coordinator for Global Health Corps (GHC) and served as the Agriculture Training Manager at Gardens for Health International, where she had also served as a GHC fellow. She is also a trained Counselor, she attended the Still Harbor Spiritual Accompaniment (Boston, USA) and the LightHouse Professional Counseling Course in Rwanda

Caroline is a creative writer and recently published a fiction novel Between Wild and Free. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading great books, dancing, cooking, and traveling the world.
